ART & DESIGN FAQ

What file formats do you accept?

 

Accepted file types are .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .ai, .eps, .tif, and .tiff

Illustrator (.ai) or .pdf files are preferred. Please be sure to convert all test to outlines and include all linked files.

​How do I send artwork?

 

Send your art to bullockbuttonco@gmail.com along with your order number and we will provide you with a free digital proof within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Where can I find templates?

 

Templates can be found here.

I'm not sure how to use templates...

 

Unsure how to setup your art? We'll be happy to set up your art on a template for you! Email your art to us along with your order number (you will receive this after checkout) and we will send you a digital proof within 24 hours.

Can you design something for me?

 

We would be delighted to assist you with your design needs. We offer three levels of service based on the complexity of the design your are imaging.

What is Rim Text?

 

Rim text is the perfect way to include taglines, copyright disclaimers, web addresses or contact information without obstructing the overall design.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

Full payment is required to start the production process. Bullock Button Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You also have the option to pay by cash or check--however production will not begin until the full amount is received.

How long does it take to receive my buttons?

 

Orders take 5 business days to complete plus shipping time.

How do I know if my order shipped?

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking information.

All orders ship through USPS.

What if my package is returned or refused?

 

If your package has been returned or refused, we will try to contact you first. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

RETURNS

Everything we make at Bullock Button Company will be a custom product and because of that our products will not be eligible for returns or refunds. To ensure your order will be produced exactly the way you envision, we recommend ordering a pre-production sample. We will replace any custom buttons found to have defects in materials or workmanship. You must email a photo(s) of the damaged product(s) to bullockbuttonco@gmail.com and we will happily replace it and send it to you at no additional charge.
