Everything we make at Bullock Button Company will be a custom product and because of that our products will not be eligible for returns or refunds. To ensure your order will be produced exactly the way you envision, we recommend ordering a pre-production sample. We will replace any custom buttons found to have defects in materials or workmanship. You must email a photo(s) of the damaged product(s) to support@bullockbuttons.com and we will happily replace it and send it to you at no additional charge.
